Product Description
Compared with traditional thermal management systems that rely on multiple independent controllers, this integrated solution consolidates control functions into a unified architecture, reducing component count, wiring harnesses, and control interfaces. This approach simplifies system layout, minimizes wiring complexity, and reduces overall system costs while improving space utilization and integration efficiency.

By reducing the number of independent control units and electrical connections, the solution helps minimize potential failure points, enhance operational reliability, and improve coordination between thermal management components. Its optimized electrical architecture also supports improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), contributing to stable system operation and more efficient integration into new energy vehicles.
Applications

High Voltage Three-in-One Thermal Management Controller for Electric Vehicles, Buses, Trucks and Commercial Vehicles

Electric Trucks
Battery thermal management supports low-temperature preheating and helps maintain suitable battery operating conditions during long-distance transportation and heavy-duty operation.
Electric Buses
BTMS helps manage battery temperature under varying weather conditions while supporting the energy management requirements of daily public transportation and passenger cabin heating.
Electric Construction Machinery
Battery thermal management helps address low-temperature startup requirements and changing operating loads in electric excavators, loaders, and other battery-powered construction equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
1.What does a high voltage PTC coolant heater do?

It uses electrical power from the vehicle’s high-voltage system to heat circulating coolant. The coolant can then transfer heat to the battery system, cabin heat exchanger or another approved thermal circuit.

2.Is the 15–35kW heater suitable for every electric vehicle?

No. It is intended for projects with relatively high heating demand. The correct configuration depends on operating voltage, required heat output, coolant conditions, installation space and control requirements.

3.Can one heater support both battery and cabin heating?

It may support either application when the vehicle coolant architecture and control strategy allow it. Some vehicles use separate circuits, while others use valves or a shared thermal loop.

4.What information is required to select a heater?

Please provide the vehicle type, operating-voltage range, required heating power, coolant type, expected flow rate, inlet-temperature range, installation space, connector requirements and CAN communication requirements.

5.Can the mounting, connectors or control interface be customized?

Project-specific requirements can be evaluated after the installation drawing, packaging space and electrical interface are provided. The final configuration should be confirmed in the approved drawing and technical agreement.
